I am a Director at BDO with 12 years of experience. During that time I have developed experience providing assurance and advisory services to both public and privately held companies.The first 8 years of my career were in South Florida working on one of the largest clients in the market with a focus on auditing critical accounting estimates, complex business processes, and evaluating the internal control structure of an organization. Subsequently, I completed a temporary two year assignment in PwC's National Office in New Jersey within the SEC Services group. In my national role I was involved in developing thought leadership pieces in the form of webcasts and podcasts with a specific focus on PwC's Quarterly Accounting webcast. Additionally, one of my main responsibilities within the National Office was in a consultant capacity for SEC filings and complex reporting issues related to periodic filings, IPOs and SPACs. After my rotation in PwCs National Office, I was based in the New York metro area and lived in Connecticut, where I served one of the firms high priority technology and entertainment & media companies. I am now based in the Fort Lauderdale-Miami area and work within BDOs National Office in the SEC Services group.
