In this role, I was in charge of helping freshmen students transition to college and managing their experience in the dorms. My responsibilities included using communication skills to build an inclusive environment in the 40-person community, assisting in supervising residents and responding to complaints, reports, requests, and emergencies weekly, and submitting reports on infractions, violations, and safety issues that lead to a safer community. This role helped me develop conflict management skills by working through conflicts in the residents' halls.

In this role, I learned the securities industry fundamentals and gained my SIE. During this role, I took dozens of client phone calls, designed and presented a plan to retain $1.4 billion in client assets, and engaged with other securities-related practices. This role gave me the opportunity to develop networking skills, securities and market knowledge, and client interactions of all types.

In this role, I was responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience. My responsibilities included processing 100s of register transactions accurately across various methods (credit, swipes, cash) daily as well as building special sales displays and maintaining existing shelves daily. I developed interpersonal skills during interactions with customers and coworkers.

In this role, I was in charge of food preparation and serving of visitors to the dining hall. My responsibilities included preparing and servicing food to 100s of customers, responding to dozens of customer inquiries or problems in a courteous manner, and providing sanitization to restaurant equipment and dining area multiple times daily for a safe & clean working environment. This role helped me develop valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
