Project Coordinator
Current• Spearhead coordination of all new installations, oversee projects of $1M- $5M from pre-sale to robot startup.• Collaborate with the capital sales team to determine product needs and develop efficient project layouts.• Create detailed drawings for project layouts, ensuring precise and efficient placement of equipment. • Map out all required MEP systems, coordinating with subcontractor teams to ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirements are accurately represented and integrated into project plans.• Supervise installation processes with internal and external teams, ensuring compliance with MEPs.• Create Integrated Process Flows (IPFs) to ensure all stakeholders are informed of their roles and deadlines in major projects.• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle to exceed expectations.• Design and implement a comprehensive project quoting database in Excel that automatically populates prices from various parts and equipment. Leveraging advanced Excel functions and formulas to streamline the quoting process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in generating project cost estimates.• Manage procurement of all necessary supplies for installations.• Develop PLC programs and network solutions for new facilities.• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for over 150 robots, including electrical and software issues.• Calculate and program optimal robot routes to maximize equipment run time.
