I have spent ten years working across different industries to gather knowledge about business, customer service, management, and information technology. In all roles and positions that I have held I have learned skills that have benefited me throughout my career. The most useful skills that I have learned in these roles tend to be related, directly or indirectly, to technology. Whether it is problem-solving and asking probative questions or even managing people and relating to each individual in a way that makes them feel important and comfortable all of the skills that I have learned have helped me in my path. Recently my passion has turned to IT and Cybersecurity. My goal is to work in the IT sector to further my knowledge of IT Support and technology and to eventually land in a job as a Cybersecurity Analyst. I believe that I possess a strong skillset to enter into the industry and not only be effective, but to also continue learning and expanding my knowledge. I have completed the Google IT Support Certificate course through Coursera and I am currently studying to take the COMPTIA A+ exam.
