- Create new workflows based on Client Specs using various systems/methods.- Create WPD (Workflow Process Description) using Excel to put into Production.- Update / Fix WPDs as needed to streamline workflows or as specs/sources change.- Train Operators on new/old workflows that are created/updated.- Help Operators as they come across issues withWPDs in.

• Encode and or Transcode from tape or file using the following systems: Final Cut, Digital Rapids, Rhozet
• Set up & route decks (Hard patch or Digital Router) -HDSR’s, D5’s, HDCam, Digi, IMX, XDCam, ¾, D2
• Conform & create Closed Caption files using MacCaptions
• Run CC files through the Ultech to create CC masters
• Create slates using Avisynth
• Run Baton to QC files

• Working primarily on Symphony Nitris DX & Mojo’s
• Work directly with Clients & Editors on their immediate needs
• Use Avid Unity to create workspaces, new users & give Read/Write access
• Uprez, Import & Conform show
• Set-up & route/patch decks for layback
• Output to HDCam, HDCam SR & D5

• Use Final Cut Pro, Digital Rapids, Rhozet as well as other platforms to create digital media files from any source and deliver to clients using various methods. (FTP, Aspera, Digi Delivery, Javelin etc.)
• Layoff to Video Tape (All formats) -Including Black & Coding, adding Bars & Tone, making slates, adding Mattes, 2 pops, Vis TC, etc.
• Efficient running the following decks: -D5, HDcam SR, HDCam, DVCProHD, (HD)XDCam, HDV, IMX, Digibeta, Dvcam, Betacam
• Dub, Crossconvert, Downconvert from and to any source using Teranex, Uconn, & Alchemist
• Use MacCaption to create ultech files and create CC masters
• Create subtitled masters using FCP or Rhozet

• Layoff to Video Tape (pretty much any format) -Including Black & Coding, adding Bars & Tone, Making Slates, adding Mattes, 2 pops, Vis TC, etc.
• Use a Digital Router & Hard Patch when necessary
