• Accounted for the US Army’s NOTAM capabilities and worked as a part of a team with the other services with administering and managing programs such as the DoD NOTAM applications, the Defense Internet NOTAM System (DINS), the NOTAM Entry System (NES), and Baseline Data Entry (BDE).• Implemented the fielding of new NOTAM web applications that streamlined the abilities of airfield management teams to submit and query NOTAMs on the Federal NOTAM system.• Developed and maintained military aeronautical information distribution tables covering 1000s of user accounts across more than 500 accountabilities for 11,000 locations worldwide.• Identified problems and errors in the NOTAM system; collaborated with associates to find solutions; resulted in ultimately fixing the problem and/or discovering ways to avoid repeating the same errors; prepared, mentored, and trained groups of the US Army’s NOTAM of capabilities and responsibilities.• Utilized JIRA bug tracking tool ticketing system utilization improved metric reporting, increase quality of service, provide demonstrable compliance, streamline escalation workflow, and create manageable ticket lifecycles.• Created the overall tracking tool used by the organization to organize which airfields that have been fielded with the new NOTAM system and which ones we still needed to work on using Excel.• Developed charts and graphs so anyone could easily see how far along we were across all three of the branches of service and how the numbers equated to the DoD as a whole.

• Oversaw 3 personnel and accounted for the airspace management equipment worth over $600K dollar; accounted for the administration of the Army’s airspace requirements which were exercised through joint agencies on a regular basis.• Examined different requirements using 4-dimensional applications to break apart airspace control orders; deciphered whether the airspace control orders were being utilized or not effectively; analyzed which utilized items were allowing for other operations to occur organically and simultaneously.• Communicated provisions between airspace management personnel and BCD plans and operation sections; executed the delivery of properties that were desirable from both organizations.• Presented annual and semi-annual training to a 47 personnel organization on topics; subject matters were as follows: Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP), Suicide Prevention, and Army Emergency Relief (AER)/Combined Federal Campaign (CFC).

• Selected to serve in multiple of leadership roles, while Air Operations Supervisor, including squad leader, section leader, and platoon sergeant in operations roles, including a deployment to Iraq.• Served as the organizations enlisted safety representative, organizing meeting for the safety council on the Senior Enlisted Advisory to the commander of the organization.• Conducted safety inspections throughout the organization’s areas of responsibility, this included living accommodations, motor pools, flight line, and occupational health areas.• Performed daily operations professionally as a subject matter expert to include flight scheduling, planning, briefing, risk management, troubleshooting, flight following and post-mission evaluation.
