Responsible for maintaining and updating military policies on the joint targeting cycle, civilian harm mitigation, collateral damage methodology, and the military targeting committee. Additionally, this role also coordinates policy updates across the joint targeting enterprise, which is comprised of ~30 organizations, ensuring the policies capture current best practices and incorporating new capabilities/software. Finally, this position requires briefing proposed policy changes to Senior Directors, Administrators, and Principals to obtain concurrence before implementing the changes within the Department of Defense policy documents.

Trained as an Intelligence Analyst (1N0X1) and Targeting Analyst (1N8X1/1N1X1B). Graduate of the F-15C Intelligence Formal Training Unit and Top Off Intelligence Course (IFTU). Responsible for providing daily intelligence and threat briefings to operational personnel and senior leaders. Managed isolated personnel report databases for two flying squadrons, ~80 members. Conducted basic, intermediate, and advanced target development on over 1k targets. Certified in Target Coordinate Mensuration (TCM), Target Materials Production (TMP). Certified as a Collateral Damage Estimate (CDE) Instructor, and stood-up the Air Force CDE training program. Oversaw Target System Analysis (TSA) production for three organizations covering two threat countries. Graduate of the Information Environment Advanced Analysis Course. Experienced with targeting software (JWS, IMEA, DIEE, SOCET GXP, & DCIDE).

Led a 8-member team, responsible for 300+ threat facilities, 3k+ weapon solutions, and 3k+ strike points. Oversaw development of targeting objectives used by Combatant Command to develop targeting strategy for operational plans. Managed unit's Target Mensuration Program certification, ensuring work-center and 20+ members retained certifications. Developed munitions build plan, directing requirements for 16k weapons and obligating $12B to future weapons procurement.

Synchronized DoD targeting efforts with 21 organizations to support the Nuclear Weapons Employment Policy. Mentored and trained personnel on production requirements, policy implementation, & database management

Managed worldwide targeting database utilized to disseminate specialized intelligence products. Supervised 2 teams to develop analytic and targeting products; lead instructor for USAF collateral damage estimation course.

Trained 70+ pilots at 2 squadrons on threat capabilities and counter-tactics, and instructed 15 intelligence analysts on US tactics, techniques, & procedures. Managed the unit security management program.
