• Preparing, examining & analyzing accounting records, financial statements & other reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting & procedural standards.• Ensuring accurate recording of revenues and expenses and precise data capture for VAT claimable and payable.• Preparation & payment of monthly statutory deductions i.e. VAT, N.H.I.F, N.S.S.F and P.A.Y.E returns.• Credit control, monthly suppliers and debtors reconciliations.• Preparing monthly management accounts and budget vs. actual variance report• Monthly bank reconciliation.• Supervising petty cash administration.• Procurement of current assets and management of fixed assets register.• Ensuring strict adherence to the company’s internal control procedures.• Liaising with external auditors and assisting with audit.
