Worked directly under Chinese property developer, assisting cultural understanding and business development strategies. Responsibilities inlcuded:+Re-design and excite property environment and sub-cultures-Created navigational map, street signs and commercial store locator kiosks. -Decorated the property with intentions of making space less tactile and more visitor friendly and inviting.+Assisted the negotiation and presentation of commercial real-estate to major retail brands:-Supported the presentation and relationship building with McDonalds, International English Academy, Italian Wine Imports, Will's Gym.+Developed and managed new businesses including; -Tomato Italian Pizzeria, branding, restaurant construction, promotional graphic design, art direction, purchasing management, interior design, staff hiring, menu creation.-Bar/night club, re-designed and promoted unused existing space, to host weekly parties, invite musical guests and generate revenues from visiting customers.-Created and promoted events including Bacardi Pool Party, to attract and retain new and returning customer loyalty to Zhongshan's number 1 commercial pool area.-Created 18 country international food festival hosting 3,000 people, personally established restaurant relationships, designed and directed event map and itinerary, designed branding and managed promotions.-International dodge ball league, focussed on attracting young adult market to the property on a weekly basis.-Created Youth Sports Program with focus on English Lessons+Taught English to CEO and executive staff

Sai Fei Advertising Company Ltd. holds an advantageous position in Shanghai, obtaining special access to local opportunities and data for small to mid-size clients, with a unique position to bridge international Expats and Chinese consumer interests. Shanghai's under-served international sports market is the primary area of focus, as Jeremiah created the rising organizational body and first sports print/digital magazine for Shanghai’s recreational sports organizations.

Worked for a range of independent clients, companies and O.E.M.'s. Consulted design of products, art direction, and graphics and branding. Consulted China Merchants Bank to educate newly formed design department how to create credit card products and user experience system. Re-branded Suzhou Singapore Int. School identity and prospectus. Created and managed international sports association in Shanghai with all amateur sports programs and leagues as well as a few professional teams.

Consulted clients with product design, concept development and user experience for ASUS laptops, consumer electronics, and cookware. Assisted UX team with interface layout. Expectations included cultural bridging, for international markets and studying Chinese consumer electronic market trends.

Began professional product/industrial design journey. Brainstormed and developed new toy products for western markets. Developed and designed sales presentations. Toys created sold in major retailers including Toys R US, KB Toys, several international chains. Managed design team of 6 on multiple projects. Personally responsible for license management and design of Disney and Star Wars products, conceptualization, design, development and packaging. Designed and constructed product showroom. In between serving shifts at a local pub I befriended a regular customer who invited me to be an apprentice and to shadow him and his wife at a boutique brand design consultancy.
