Resolved daily help desk tickets related to PC issues and collaborated with vendors to support customer applications. Assisted with computer refresh project that involved setting up and deploying over 100 new machines to end users.

Received inbound calls from probation and parole officers that are experiencing issues with companies electronic monitoring software, applications, and equipment. After the officer explained their issue, worked with them to troubleshoot and solve the problem. Helped process alerts that are generated by the electronic monitoring equipment.

Processed incoming orders on the computer in the warehouse and worked with the other warehouse employees to pull material to fill the order. Coordinated when the delivery of the material needed to be made and loaded my truck accordingly. Maintained contact with the insulators in the field to make sure the orders are filled correctly and then delivered the materials to the job site at the scheduled times. Unloaded inventory orders from the semi and cross referenced the items with the packing list to make sure they were accurate and placed the items where they were kept in our inventory. Helped maintain inventory counts for quarterly, and yearly inventory counts.

Assisted customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs and complete paperwork that is necessary to do so. Awarded salesman of the month for February 2018, and have also achieved expert level on Ram, Jeep, and Uconnect products.

Completed investigations into incidents of assault, theft, etc. Transported inmates to and from destinations outside of facility to include court, medical appointments, and transfers to other facilities.
