Signl is a preclinical stage research pharmaceutical company to save lives by offering customized control over innate immune signaling. We first seek to make every vaccine safer and more effective. Our compounds mix with almost any partner’s vaccine, reduce adverse side effects (fever, soreness in shoulder, fatigue) and increase the vaccine’s overall protection and durability.

• Led a large scale high throughput screen (N=120,000) in collaboration with nine Professors to identify adjuvants for novel modulation of innate immune pathways • Identified classes of immunomodulators that can decrease systemic inflammation post vaccine in murine models and can increase antibody generation across multiple pattern recognition receptors.• Designed and conducted a machine learning assisted adjuvants screen (N = 140,000) that is the first of its kind to iteratively mix in silico and in vitro screening.• Identified lead adjuvants that will be screened for efficacy in both Flu and SARS-CoV-2 vaccines

•Measured potency of 30+ compounds to work as new payloads for ADCs and saw nanomolar+ potency and greater potency than benchmark ADCs. Selected DCs to be used by cross functional teams for in vivo POC experiments.•Payload target engagement was confirmed. Successfully explored degradation of target enzymes for novel ADCs.

• Created nanoparticle probes for real-time monitoring of the acetylation of mitochondrial proteins• Designed and synthesized a biological-friendly quantum dot system to demonstrate reporting on Lys acetylation• Joint project with Weiss Group to create stable aqueous quantum dot sensing systems
