As a Broad Residency alum serving Environmental Charter Schools (ECS), I provide management support in the areas of compliance, risk management, contracts, policies and procedures, food service, technology, and board governance.One of my key responsibilities is to develop and implement processes and systems for organizational compliance, ensuring that ECS meets all internal and external requirements. Another of my main responsibilities is to lead operational initiatives in the areas of knowledge management, contract management, facilities, LCAP, and charter petition renewal.
