Developing High Availability Linux Cluster for IPTVAt Ericsson, we are developing the next generation of IPTV which will revolutionize the way people watch television. At Ericsson's Linux Development Center in Stockholm, we are developing a highly available cluster that runs on COTS hardware and a scaled-down linux distribution. My role is building an automated testing framework and functional tests to ensure the high availability characteristics meet the specifications.Responsibilities included: - Writing documentation for end users - Building automated test framework - Wrote unit tests for use in functional testing - Wrote reporting tools conveying test output - Developed and managed web-based portal for issue tracking, nightly builds, testing and communication.

Developed and deployed a leading ecommerce site in Sweden using product information from CNET. Development tools included shell scripts, ZOPE and MySQL database all on a UNIX platform (FreeBSD). Migrated platform to Linux and moved from an application server (Zope) to PHP 5.

Database was updated nightly with distributor information using EDI. Pricing and product availability were calculated daily using algorithms encoded into shell script and programatically distributed.
