- Managed two commercial retail properties: Serramonte Center (1.2M sf enclosed shopping mall in Daly City, CA) and Potrero Center (228K sf outdoor shopping center in San Francisco, CA), directly reporting to the VP of Property Management for the West Coast- Oversaw property operations and property management team with guidance from the VP. Coordinating with Specialty Leasing Manager, Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, and Administrative team. - Collaborated with on-site Development team to ensure property operations run smoothly during the ongoing $110M Serramonte Center redevelopment project. - Responsible for creating and managing a total operating budget of $7.1 million, and a 2017 capital budget of $800K, including annual forecasting in Q2.- Coordinated with Leasing: Showing spaces to prospective tenants, granting access, reviewing lease agreements, drafting letter agreements- Tenant Coordination: Overseeing new tenant construction and renovation projects, ensuring tenants comply with Tenant Design Criteria.
