I want to give back to the world that's given so much to me. I've had the opportunity to meet exquisite strangers all over this beautiful country as I backpacked from coast to coast. I have been so warmed by their kindness and openness that I feel moved to share this love with everyone I meet. For me, Yoga is a practice of moving toward balance, both in the body and mind. I have found no greater tool for finding purpose and direction in my life, and I see no greater opportunity to help those in need than to share the practice of yoga. I became a certified yoga instructor in December 2016. I'm looking to shift my career from serving in the dining room to serving in a studio, and on the street.
