Led mobile First Responder software globally, including our PremierOne Mobile, Flex Touch, Pronto, PSCore, CAPE, and CommandCentral Responder product lines. Acquired & integrated Callyo.

Led business operations & transformation for Motorola Solutions' newly formed Software strategic business unit. Shifted from a holding company for our software acquisitions to an operating company with an integrated portfolio.

Led the software product strategy team for Motorola Solutions software businesses.

Enabled data driven management and decision making in a wide variety of roles and organizations, most significantly in support of the separation of Motorola into Motorola Solutions and Motorola Mobility. Led a wide range of operations and process improvement projects.

Managed a global team of business operations analysts to drive performance across our international operations. We centralized all reporting by implementing and managing a business intelligence and operations review framework. Coupled with the incentive program we administered, this resulted in doubled productivity while maintaining high levels of quality. Client facing analytics for our large clients (inc: BMW, McDonalds, Microsoft) enabled great trust that we were delivering upon our contractual service requirements, but we also gave insight into their software and operations. Data analytics produced by our team was used to drive a new release at one large client, which dramatically improved software quality and upgrade procedures - reducing severity one issues by 25% system wide.

Implemented initial business intelligence system and operations review process. Worked directly with large clients (inc: BMW, McDonalds, Microsoft) to build ITIL based service level and problem management packages.Represented Operations in change management and acted as IT/Operations liaison. Performed requirements gathering, solution design, test, and user acceptance during major CRM implementations and upgrades. This helped drive significant improvements in our data model and the operational processes supported by our platform.
