Focusing on the Sports, Volunteerism, Charities, Philantrophy and Registry of Co-operatives portfolioRoles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Event Staffing: Providing on-the-ground communications and logistical support for principals/political office holders for events (eg. WTT Singapore Smash, BWF Singapore Badminton Open, HSBC Rugby SVNS, FIBA Intercontinental Cup, Paris 2024 Paralympics, Athletes’ Achievement Awards, Charity and Transparency Governance Awards, President’s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards etc)- Media relations: Handling media queries, facilitating interviews, organising media doorstops and media engagement briefings (Key events such as Committee of Supply, National Day Rally, Max Maeder Deferment, Olympics Bus Parade, Paris Paralympics, Papal Visit 2024, Parliament Motion for Olympians and Paralympians, Disability Sports Masterplan 2024)- Media and Communications planning: Preparing media materials like press releases, talking points for interviews, media FAQs, media profile lists, factsheets to ensure stakeholders are aware of key points to be disseminated and media have the resources to key information- Crisis communications: Red-teaming of crises and response and strategy planning- Publicity Campaigns: Part of team running publicity and multimedia campaigns such as Racial Harmony, National Day Rally 2024. Working with external vendors to create collaterals to tell stories and deliver messages to target audience- Corporate Functions: Part of team handling public feedback (Quality Service Management) and shaping POFMA (Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Act) protocols and execution. Coordinating cross-ministry and cross-agency communication.- Media Sensing Reports: Analysing and tracking sentiments to provide quick and accurate breakdown on media coverage and online chatter
