As a Tech Consultant, I provided in-person and email technical assistance involving printer problems, email support, primary hardware diagnostics, internet connection issues, software issues (university & personal), malware/spyware/virus scans and classroom technical assistance (projectors, computer labs, and laptop connections to podiums).From here, I was offered an additional role of Interactive Television Classroom Assistant (ITV) ensuring quality end-to-end video/audio connections from coordinate campuses in the University of Minnesota system including Rochester, Crookston, Morris, and the Twin Cities.
