I manage attorneys and support staff while maintaining a high-volume caseload defending real estate agents and brokers involving residential and commercial transactions, landlord-tenant issues and business matters. This includes drafting, analyzing, and reviewing various legal documents and correspondence, as well as researching pertinent case law. I manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, pre-trial matters, mediation, and trial. I have successfully resolved hundreds of cases via trial and alternative dispute resolution while being responsible for all aspect of the local office, including case management, billing, staffing, and training. I also formulate and collaborate with clients to set appropriate priorities and deliver results within the established timelines. I educate agents and brokers on risk management policies and industry best practices.

As a senior associate, I managed dozens of cases from inception through completion with successful resolutions via alternative dispute resolution or trial. Because of continued litigation successes, I was promoted to senior associate in a short time span. I represented corporate and private clients in a variety of cases focused on professional liability, construction and real estate litigation. This involved drafting requests to secure documents, interrogatories, and discovery responses. I managed all aspects of litigation and developed client relationships and collaborated to achieve client goals. I also advanced firm marketing efforts.

As an associate for Dale Braden & Hinchcliffe, I defended insurance clients and litigated construction defect cases, managing all aspects of case management including gathering evidence, pre-trial matters, litigation, and settlements. I communicated case status updates with clients, advising of developments, potential liability exposure, and evaluation reports, and researched complex legal matters to support advocacy efforts.
