• Creation of a database from scratch for the startup using SQL Server as database (creation of table, stored procedures, views, functions, relations, primary keys …)• Data feed from many sources (platform like lending club, banks, custodians …) with different technologies (API/JSON requests, files thru SFTP server and web scraping), fully automated with python (error handling) • Creation of many reports used by the front-office and the sales team, with Excel and Report Builder (forward collaterals, asset under management by platforms and days paste dues, IRR by investors and custodians)• Software and languages used: Python (libraries: pandas, xlWings, selenium), T-SQL (SQL server), REST and VBA

• Assume analyst role on 80 transactions across different asset class (Trade Receivables, Aviation, Autos…) in two conduits of more than 15 billion USD. Participate in the structuring of transactions, closing and funding via SPVs.• Help the Portfolio manager in their daily tasks (analysis of P&L before renewals, liquidity cost analysis, RWA amounts, triggers follow up, Front office systems update, handling client dispute…)• Develop a transaction portfolio management database (Backend SQL Server) used by over 20 users daily.The database is now considered as a FO bank system, and used to recalculate liquidity costs, deal performance, funding, and reconcile data with several other IT Securitization Systems.• ABCP Trading team:• Integrate the ABCP (Asset Back Commercial Paper) Trading blotter in an Access DB (instead of Excel Spreadsheet) to simplify trading and provide automated reports to the middle office team. The new system avoids overfunding and gives a better overview of the trading. This system also manages FX Swaps, calculates the Risk Retention amount, and provides an outlook on the LCR / WAM.• Software and languages used: Bloomberg, SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedure), Access and Excel (VBA)

• Elaboration of the monthly closings: implementation of analytical adjustments, accruals and renewals• KPI analysis of current run versus Budget and prior year (P&L, Cash, Mandays…)• Implementation of a reporting application: production of a Dashboard for managers (monitoring costs, allowances and Headcounts). Automated variance and comment analysis• Software and languages used: Excel & VBA, Smart view / Hyperion EssBase and SAP

• Weekly reporting: implementation of weekly report to executive committee, sales analysis by store and product categories• Production of the revised 2015 Budget and a 3-year plan• Overall improvement and automation of Performance Management Tools (macros & Referential) with an aim to increase productivity• Software used: Excel & VBA, Quick and SAP

• Analytical monitoring of the Zoological Park of Paris through the implementation and automation of monthly reporting following its reopening• Providing support to the CFO in the elaboration of the pre-budget and the related analysis • Optimization of reporting tools ( Macros , variants and layout SAP ... )
