- In charge of preventive and reactive maintenance of all the production lines and small machines which mixed electricity, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic and mechanical parts- Reactive maintenance : use of fault finding techniques to identify any breakdown cause. Then, in compliance with safety rules, proper isolation, disassembly, replacement of the broken part, full reassembly and control before restarting the production process- Planned maintenance : strict following of an established plan to perform various controls and others electric checks and ensure a smooth run of the production chain. Quick fixes if necessary, bigger ones reported. In any case, full report of my work.In Faurecia, I developed a special talent : if the spare part is unavailable or the production is critical, I can make a spare part from scratch using all my skills. EDF is the main french electricity supplier - RTE is the subsidiary which manage the electricity distribution.To manage electricity distribution from nuclear power plants to domestic houses, RTE used an old synoptic board with LEDs on it. My goal during this mission was to switch from this board to the biggest french LCD screen.So, my job was to create and manage all the infrastructure and the datas to be displayed.It included :- Servers admin : databases,user accounts, backups, display management..- Security : firewalls and access control- Creation of the animated picture of the electric network using a software I coded before- Updates and maintenance of the whole system
