In my time in this position I have implemented several process changes towards the goal of a streamlined receiving process. In addition to stock moving seamlessly into the warehouse, the receiving department processes customer returns from our retail partners. Through Kaizen events and my talent at process development, we created a system that ensures returns are processed accurately and quickly. Through these process changes, our customers receive their credits in a timely fashion, and our shipping team has the product they require to fill orders.

My time in the TS department of customer service as the Senior level was spent leading the Space Pack support team, and working to reduce costs of the warranty process. Through constant communication between the PM's for the Space Pack product line, we were able to provide exceptional and timely support for our customers. Through working with our small parcel carriers, I lead the charge in changing carriers for our international warranty process, and saved in excess of 15,000 dollars annually by completing this change.
