    - In 2013, Ethypharm, a leading drug delivery company, decided to change its commercial strategy by distributing and promoting its products directly. This important change implied the termination of licensing-out contracts and establishments of new distribution channels. I was in charge of leading the process change without any disruption to the distribution to pharmacies, hospitals and so patients. In this role, I managed a pluridisciplinary team of 15 people. o Management of alliances and termination of existing contracts o Definition and implementation of the new organization in France, Germany & the UK o Management of regulatory, pharmacovigilance, packaging, supply & distribution transitionsThis important strategic change allowed Ethypharm to capture a much more significant part of the value chain, moving from 150m€ turnover in 2014 to 230m€ in 2016. The transition was a great success and was completely smooth in France (Skenan®/Actiskenan®, 30m€ turnover), the UK (Zomorph® 10m£ turnover, Angitil® 2m£ turnover) and Germany (Capros®/Capros Akut®).- In parallel to new sales model implementation, Ethypharm went through two important merger & acquisition projects: 1) Sale of Ethypharm by Astorg to PAI partners and 2) acquisition a Martindale Pharma (UK pharma company). I led these two projects, acting as the key contact points for internal & external stakeholders and influencing the different parties to run complex processes and maximize company value o Managed Core Team & integration process o Delivered data room & management presentation
