In this role, I managed a pluridisciplinary team of 15 people. o Management of alliances and termination of existing contracts o Definition and implementation of the new organization in France, Germany & the UK o Management of regulatory, pharmacovigilance, packaging, supply & distribution transitionsThis important strategic change allowed Ethypharm to capture a much more significant part of the value chain, moving from 150m€ turnover in 2014 to 230m€ in 2016. The transition was a great success and was completely smooth in France (Skenan®/Actiskenan®, 30m€ turnover), the UK (Zomorph® 10m£ turnover, Angitil® 2m£ turnover) and Germany (Capros®/Capros Akut®).- In parallel to new sales model implementation, Ethypharm went through two important merger & acquisition projects: 1) Sale of Ethypharm by Astorg to PAI partners and 2) acquisition a Martindale Pharma (UK pharma company).
