• Responsible for providing ten different sites with onsite and remote (Tier 1) end user support.• Track, manage, and document site specific Support Desk tickets within Freshdesk.• Deploy, document, and re-purpose district hardware. This includes new and used Desktops (Dell), Laptops (HP), Chromebooks (Samsung, Lenovo, Dell, HP, and Asus), Printers (Dell, HP), and Smartboards. • Install and help troubleshoot district approved subject and site specific software.• Assist with training Interns and Temporary employees on district processes and procedures. • Communicate and collaborate with administrative staff at each school for improved response and resolution time. This includes Technical Coordinators, Principals, Assistant Principals, building Engineers, and Secretaries.
