I am an administrative professional with 15 years of experience is sales and marketing support in the telecommunications industry. I have worked in multiple areas of office operations including direct sales, marketing, data information, billing, property solutions and customer service. I have a noteworthy analytical ability for data management and problem resolution.Until recently, I worked as a Sales Operations Coordinator for Bright House Networks. Formerly the sixth largest cable and internet provider in the US, Bright House Networks and Time Warner Cable were acquired by Charter Communications in 2016. The combination of three companies into one (Spectrum) left many positions redundant, including my own. My team members know me as a reliable, approachable and knowledgeable administrator that can always be counted on for support. I have often been described as being an organization's “go to” person and for fulfilling requests on the first time, every time. I thrive working both with a team or under my own supervision.I have a BA from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
