As a Logistics Manager for a dedicated carrier I am responsible for ensuring the timely, safe and efficient delivery of our customers goods. I am responsible for routing, coordinating special deliveries, performing yard checks for trailer inventory, hiring CDL A drivers, scheduling drug tests and much more. I am in charge of ensuring our fleet is being maintained properly and all equipment is up to DOT standards. We often need to take special delivery or pick up requests that our customer needs to have performed, me and my team look at the existing routing and ensure we can fit it into our routing for maximum efficiency with as much cost saving as possible for the customer. I help the customer reach peak efficiency by making sure the logistics side of the house does not interfere with their warehouse functions. I offer competitive alternatives to different routing scenarios and ensuring the product gets delivered to the customer on time.

As a service advisor I was responsible for providing customers with excellent customer service throughout their entire service experience. Schedule service appointments with customers in a timely and efficient manner. Effectively communicate with customers to determine RV repair or maintenance that is required. Submit repair orders, outlining an accurate and detailed description of the repairs and/or maintenance required. Assist customers in recommending additional products and services that will enhance the overall use of their RV. Ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers and how the issue can be repaired. Other duties as assigned by management.

As the company's Manager of Safety and Maintenance I oversee all drivers to ensure their requirements as prescribed by the DOT and FMCSA are adhered to. As the Manager of Safety and Maintenance I coordinate new trucks to be shipped from dealer to our HQ, I ensure that the ELD profiles are accurate and I ensure that the drive cams are installed and set up perfectly. Any issues that arise with hours of service, maintenance lights or service intervals I handle and or coordinate with our maintenance team down in Mississippi. I am DER and Reasonable Suspicion certified, with that I am in charge of scheduling my drivers for quarterly random drug screens, new hire drug tests and workplace injury drug tests. I also oversee safety and maintenance for our Lyons, IL facility which is a warehouse, cross docking facility. With heavy truck traffic and forklift traffic I need to ensure that all OSHA and FMCSA guidelines are being followed.

As an Operations Manager I managed a team of 5 Managers, 8 Customer Service Representatives and oversaw the operation of 120 Class A drivers. I was responsible for ensuring our customers needs were satisfied to the fullest extent during the company growth. I rolled out several programs over the course of a year that promoted growth to the extent where we added two more Operations Managers, another dispatcher and added 30 Class A trucks to our fleet. Working directly with the VP of Operations and the Director of Operations we have been able to be successful and grow from 30 trucks in 2018 to over 120 trucks present time. I am very dedicated and detail orientated, I enjoy making calculated decisions in order to achieve the best results.

As the Branch Manager for our Hudson facility I oversee the vault operations, vehicle maintenance and route schedules, hiring and retaining of employees, ensure all proper licensing is maintained by employees. When we bring on new clients I have to make sure we can route them into the existing routes or plan a re route to ensure a smooth transition from their current transport company to ours. I complete monthly billing reports as well as employee schedules, I started from the bottom up and was a route Manager before becoming the branch Manager. I was also in charge of ordering supplies for the route crews as well as office staff. I began as a route crew member in April of 2013, as a member of the route crew I would prepare deliveries and ATM loads along with performing the actual services. I would also be in charge of driving. In 2014 I was promoted to Route Manager, I was in charge of my route crews and their safety as well as making sure everything was being performed within the companies guidelines and procedures. In 2016 I was offered an opportunity as a sales representative position while maintaining my route manager position. The company saw my great customer service skills and I had constant compliments from the current customers.Shortly after taking the promotion I was able to secure 5 more different banking and ATM customers for the company. In late 2016 we acquired a large customer that caused the company to need to open more locations where I was selected to be relocated to Hudson as a Branch Manager.
