I have been working in the solar industry since 2014, starting off with system design and technical sales at Unbound Solar, where I generated over $2 million in annual revenue and designed large residential grid-tied and off-grid systems. Over the years, I transitioned into technical support, focusing on assisting first-time off-grid customers and creating comprehensive PV design guidelines.Most recently, I managed the tech support team at an e-commerce solar company. In this role, I oversaw customer support, developed internal training programs, and resolved complex technical issues. I was responsible for integrating new software systems and ensuring top-notch service levels while optimizing team performance. I love learning and teaching others about solar energy. Additionally, I am a hobbyist computer programmer and Linux enthusiast, continually seeking ways to merge my interests in technology and renewable energy.
