Technical support role, with secondary duty of technical writing, training writing, and training delivery. Created the training curriculum and program for the Time Clock Support team, and authored the how to/troubleshooting client-facing manual.Network connectivity troubleshooting and setup guidance for hardware clock terminals; network connectivity troubleshooting for internal field reps.

As Tier 1 technical support: first line of troubleshooting for all device, service, connectivity, and peripheral issues, requiring extensive knowledge of iOS, Android, Windows Mobile/Windows Phone, PalmOS, Blackberry OS, Windows and MacOS for desktop connectivity support. As Tier 2 technical support: responding to 1st tier unresolved issues and fielding tickets. In this role I determined the most commonly misunderstood technical/data issues and authored knowledge base articles to provide floor reps with useful information. Experience with billing systems as part of the troubleshooting process and ticketing systems for issue resolution.
