• Process various Accounts Payable transactions accurately and timely.• Review invoice header, detail and coding for accuracy.• Match invoice to purchase order and work with appropriate departments as needed to correct variances.• Assist in weekly check run processing including coordination with Treasury for cash requirements.• Ensure payments are coordinated and made timely to take advantage of discounts and negotiated terms.• General Ledger account reconciliation.• Special projects and additional duties as required.
