> In a matter of 5 months, I was able to revitalize the department, engage with the current staff to elevate their experience and what they provide to members, leading to a better member experience for our members, while remaining above average and in the green for efficiency of labor with Member to Team Member ratios.> Secured consistent staffing for our every Saturday night PNO Kids events, allowing more juniors to participate on a consistent basis, culminating in a record event of 140 kids on December 30th, 2023 and achieving 25% Event participation of our Junior memberships, being in the top 20 of the company in PNO participation.>In partnership with our Lead General, decided it was the right time to bring back Summer Camp and Birthday Parties Summer of 2024, increasing revenue of the department and overall club revenue.- Ensures team members initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with members and their children- Plans, organizes, and executes special events throughout the year to promote value to the members for club participation and increase attendance in fee based programs- Oversees the department budget, assists with the planning process of the budget, and monitors the revenue of the program- Completes the hiring process and manages the Assistant(s), Supervisors, and front line team members, all while providing training, feedback, coaching, and direction- Partners directly with the membership sales team to acquire and retain kids memberships- Markets, promotes and sells all Kids programs throughout the club and in the community to increase participation.
