Been busy breaking records and developing my skills as a National Sales Manager in the licensed sports industry. Learned the business from the ground up & took the company from a small mom & pop business to a leader in the sports industry with top sellers in all genres of retail. Also was able to accomplish the following:* double digit growth in 8 out of my 10 years there with the first 5 being when I was the sole inside sales person at the company* extensive knowledge of the licensed sports industry & the retail landscape* 15+ years worth of contacts in the industry as well as a reputation for being a loyal, hard-working, dependable sales manager who gave his inside sales team, outside sales team & customers all the tools they needed to grow & succeed.I believe that relationships are the single most important thing you can develop in life, whether talking about my customer base or in my personal life. I am a firm believer in treating others as you want to be treated & that includes being upfront & honest as well as doing the little things like returning e-mails in a timely fashion or admitting when you are wrong & fixing it. My greatest fear (other than drowning or being attacked by spiders) is failure, so I ensure that I keep one step ahead and constantly learn from others who I respect. I am a company man and always ask myself if there is a way to do things more effective or efficient. My greatest accomplishment (other than my daughter Aubrey and my son Dylan) is helping other customers accomplish their goals and see growth and build relationships that hopefully will last a lifetime. My goals are to rule the world... or simply to work hard, provide for my family and build myself into the best that I can be. And to own a boat someday.
