Independently review that Rolls-Royce Control System mechanical and electrical hardware are developed and certified in compliance with company processes, Aerospace Industry standards and Airworthiness regulations. Guide and support engineering teams during development, qualification and production field issues for both internally designed and Supplier engineered components used in Military and Civil aircraft engine applications.Responsible for approval of engineering designs and design changes and functioning as design review Chair.

Leading a team of 10 engineers to develop, integrate and qualify Supplier Engineered Equipment components, including Valves, Oil Pumps & Tanks, Heat Exchangers, Starters, Ignition and Sensors, for NPI engine applications in the Civil and Defense sectors.

Developed control system architecture utilizing a product line approach to serve NPI engine applications in both civil and military markets using Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

-Design detailed technical drawings of mechanical systems installed on VVIP aircraft interior completions. These systems include: potable water, gray water, vacuum waste, air conditioning (ECS), ventilation and oxygen.-Develop and perform test plans for Ground and Flight certification of mechanical systems-Act as an Engineering liaison to support Production and Quality-Collaborate with internal engineering departments, outside vendors, and Production to optimize design and efficiency-Develop new engineering standards

-Designed water/waste systems and air conditioning (ECS) components for VVIP aircraft interior completions-Created standard design of parts using SolidWorks and AutoCAD-Performed air flow analysis of air conditioning systems

-Designed engineering drawings to manufacture aluminum extrusion tooling dies using SolidWorks and AutoCAD-Developed, implemented, and maintained new procedures of documenting and organizing design data-Managed complete overhaul of company website while working with subcontractor-Designed experiment to determine ideal time and temperature of steel hardening

-Internship with North American Truck Configuration Department-Developed new product ideas while performing competition analysis-Completed data analysis and documented results
