• Participating in Feasibility study writing and preparation of funding documentation (business case and Information Memorandum)• Preparation and updating of project work program• Procurement of the Project Consultants in liaison with the Senior Project Manager.• Preparation of project initiation documents (PID & Briefs)• Reviewing architectural designs to enhance building efficiency and ensure adherence to the project design brief • Cost control/Value engineering of project cost estimates in liaison with other project consultants• Organizing project meetings, managing minutes from meetings and updating project information • Preparation of periodic project progress reports• Coordinating obtaining of legal & regulatory approvals for each project• Preparation of consultant's payment schedules and following up on payments with the client • Evaluation of submitted bids to determine responsiveness to the tender requirements, in conjunction with other project consultants• Supervision of construction works in conjunction with other project consultants• Ensuring adherence to construction cost control procedures (Instruction books, change request forms)• Archiving project information• Maintaining communication with the project team
