In this position, I drove significant end-to-end daily operational challenges of 50 staff members with indirect reports from up to 4300 in 27 locations in logistics and operations, including travel budget management, order processing, and quality control. Also, I implemented and controlled an inventory budget of $4.7M+ to surpass organizational goals within the constraints. As well as, I delivered active functional support to the executive team with strategic operations planning. Along with all of these, I performed a variety of tasks, including managing training operations and programs, while applying personnel discipline.Following are my key achievements:⇨ Collaborated with multiple government entities to receive and distribute 100K rounds of non-lethal ammunition in 12 hours for both civil disturbance operations and presidential inauguration.⇨ Acknowledged for executing the distribution of 60K+ pieces of equipment at a value of hundreds of thousands of dollars to two separate points within six hours in response to Atlanta protests.⇨ Played a lead role in managing and directing 2,000 missions within six months in response to COVID-19 pandemic.⇨ Optimized operations center effectiveness without losing any capability of functionality through the execution of necessary systems into vehicles as well as the elimination of excessive gear and processes. ⇨ Controlled logistics activities for the decontamination of 700 nursing homes during COVID-19 pandemic, while procuring 100 vehicles, 120 foggers, chemicals, and 322 sets of PPE equipment for 24 teams with 322 soldiers.⇨ Streamlined and drove the transformation of a fleet of trucks into a travelling operations center.⇨ Achieved Meritorious Service Medal for consistent excellent performance.

In my past role, I led 720 personnel responsible for ensuring a ready workforce was available to corporate headquarters. Also, I verified applicant eligibility, assessed enlistment packets, and recruited individuals to join the military.
