Currently supports the Arkansas State Department of Finance with technical operations, replication and secure identity solutions. Interact with Arkansas state employees in troubleshooting and maintaining equipment for IDEMIA secure identification, Intellectual Technology, Inc. (ITI) and Motor Vehicle Network (MVN). Install new equipment, at all sites throughout the state, when current equipment fails. Responsible for returning failed equipment back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Notate all maintenance records and interactions with state employees through service notification tickets through email and company websites. Took phone calls and helped customers with claims questions, understanding of pre-certification for medical procedures, activation of policy documents, and the handling of any issues or concerns related to their health policies. Skills include use of a multi-line phone system, various language interpreter lines, and entering data into the online system for archiving of information.
