Maintenance and Projects Coordinator Provide daily operational support to operations and maintenance teams. Develop optimal maintenance schedules by coordinating activities with shipping schedules to reduce short-term and long-term financial impact to the marine terminal and refinery.•Develop daily/weekly work plans for maintenance teams.•Work with large capital project and small capital project teams to identify areas of opportunity within the marine terminal. Work with project teams to execute projects within specified time parameters and reduce overall project cost/economics. Work with dock schedulers, dock operations, maintenance teams, and third-party contractors to coordinate project work and execution.•Serve as the operations single point accountability on project execution for the Marine terminal. •Oversee project execution team to ensure projects meet the operational goals and parameters.•Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office to conduct day-to-day business functions.Dock Optimization and Demurrage Coordinator•Track/trend demurrage costs.•Coordinate terminal schedule with refinery schedulers, traders, dock operations, and site maintenance to reduce dock delay time, demurrage, and optimize terminal operations.•Identify operational inefficiencies affecting demurrage.
