Designed and commercialized a body armor padding and ventilation system ("ARMORVENT") currently in use by thousands of law enforcement, military and security professionals globally.

Invented and commercialized a pneumatic body armor ventilation, padding, and blunt-trauma mitigating system for use with concealable and tactical body armor carriers.

Served as Canadian Account Manager for the Oriented Strand Board business vertical. Managed the Canadian distribution channel and closed nine-figures in sales volume. Negotiated individual sales ranging from $10K to $2M and coordinated daily with internal logistics assets to ensure accurate and on-time delivery via rail and truck.Managed and optimized a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program with Taiga, Canada’s largest building materials distributor. The multi-million dollar weekly VMI had two locations in the U.S. and eight locations in Canada. Contributed to the weekly pricing strategy of the North American sales team and maintained an in-depth understanding of the U.S. and Canadian commercial and residential building markets. Communicated with key distribution partners to maintain an up-to-date, real-time understanding of the West, Central and East Canadian markets. Utilized market intelligence to formulate and execute geo-specific pricing strategies based on current market trends, supply & demand, and competitive landscape.Collaborated with senior operations management at four manufacturing facilities in Canada. Responsible for establishing the min/max manufacturing volume and product mix for weekly production runs. Engaged necessary assets quickly and efficiently when solving problems.
