Primary leader for reducing workers comp payments of more than $400k per year while also reducing total number of recordable and lost-time injuries. With my leadership my Madison site celebrated one year without lost-time injuries which is a first in site history for Madison with their 20 years of operations. Leader of multiple capital related projects to improve site conditions for associates while directly impacting the bottle line in a positive manner for year over year cost savings. From April 2019-April 2024 - I was asked to take a temporary job assignment to manage both the Madison and Meridian, MS sites. During this time, the Meridian site achieved 1,000+ days without a lost-time injury along with 11 months without any OSHA recordable injuries with my leadership. This is the first time this site has achieved this in 15 years of operations.

Primary driver for development and implementation of more intensive, focused New-Hire EH&S Orientation, annual refresher training, toolbox topics, and all other training for Richland Facility.Conducted root-cause analysis of all work related near miss, near hit, accidents and illnesses and record/report such data in detailed trend analysis. Championed the drive for the Richland Facility to implement more frequent group toolbox topics based on timely issues (focused meeting dates based on trend of higher-incident days).Assisted in the completion of a documented accuracy of required annual and monthly reporting to all regulatory agencies and company requirements.
