I've worked in several positions, both in and out of school revolving around technology and service alike. My most recent position was as an IT Field technician, working on help desk, server installation, hardware maintenance and upgrades, hands on and remote support, as well as workstation setup and maintenance. I worked with the IT department at my high school over one summer to install new projectors, set up a computer lab, maintain computers, install software, and run hardware tests on teacher's laptops. I've also worked as a customer service intern, handling service calls and data entry.In college, I worked to learn various aspects of , software development, IT, quality assurance testing, bug testing, basics of security, basic penetration testing, and programming in Python, Java, C++ and a small exposure to Lisp.I also worked with a group to develop a data analysis program for my senior project that we dubbed ENODO, that would take survey results and return a visual representation of commonalities, overlaps, and trends within the data provided.
