Strategic Counterintelligence Career Manager, Columbia, Maryland• Served as the proponent for CI force-management, readiness, strategy, assignments, and policy on behalf of the Department of the Army G2. • Fostered cross-functional relationships with 200+ individuals serving in 30 global assignments to identify, detect, exploit, disrupt, and neutralize threats from foreign intelligence entities. • Provided subject matter expertise to senior executives in CI operations, investigations, and other activities. Director of Operations, Fort George G. Meade, Maryland• Traditionally a GG15 position, provided CI mission management, subject matter expertise, technical control and oversight to 75 strategic CI operations across six continents, five Combatant Commands, and two sub-unified commands for the Secretary of the Army in order to detect, identify, analyze, exploit, and neutralize adversarial threats. • Managed the execution of strategic CI operations while developing priorities of work for 120+ geographically dispersed Special Agents. • Significantly increased efficiencies while enhancing operational oversight of a Secretary of the Army designated sensitive activity. • Served as the single point of contact for all strategic CI operations for the U.S. Army.
