Overseeing all facets of the sales and marketing process. Since taking over the sales team at Susteen, I have introduced four new cutting-edge products to the marketplace. I regularly attend trade shows and give speaking engagements on current policies in our forensic community. I enacted a grant program, which allows agencies with limited resources, access to much needed forensic tools. My team continues to push the industry forward with cutting edge ideas and sales practices that engage current and prospective clients. Susteen has contracts with most major US government agencies, as well as hundreds of state and local agencies throughout the country. We continue to work with our partners in law enforcement to help keep the communities that they serve, safe and secure.

As director of military admissions, oversaw admissions process while instituting compliance standards. Trained employees on VA/TA/MYCAA military assistance programs. Set enrollment goals for admissions team and ensured a high quality of service. Worked with marketing department to develop branding and messaging for company direction.As Community Outreach Coordinator, partnered with local and national corporations, organizations and unions to offer educational opportunities to their employees and their families. Through our University, we are able to create partnerships that offer affordable education through distance education.

Started out in sales and soon became a sales manager overlooking 5-7 employees. My duties included on-phone selling as well as coaching others on selling techniques and implementing procedures to improve closing percentage. My sales team soon earned top honors and I was promoted after a year to Co-Director of Sales. My duties and expectations quadrupled as I was now overseeing a sales floor of 85-100 telemarketing reps. While Co-Director of Sales, our sales numbers shot up from 200 sales a day to over 900 sales a day. I implemented bonuses based on closing performance as well as attendance. Implemented new techniques of talking to customers over the phone. I started a mentor program, having seasoned reps overshadow new hires. This allowed bonding between new and seasoned reps as well as allowing our veterans to become an integral part of the corporation. While Co-Director of Sales, my duties also included finding and implementing new advertising. I now have extensive experience in the fields of print advertising through newspapers, coupon mailers and door hangers. With online advertising, I have used google adwords as well as co-registration marketing among others. I have garnered many contacts throughout the advertising industry and the business world. Other duties which I obtained over the years at Dish Satellite included building and implementing a training program consisting of a power point presentation, one hundred and five question quiz, lecture and two-week probationary period where they were coached by seasoned sales reps. I oversaw the integration of the sales and customer service department to expedite help to our growing database of customers. Implemented daily reports for our sales reps on their daily performance. Also was constantly changing phone messaging scripts for better results.

Coordinator of daily human resources activities including recruiting temporary staff, hiring full time employees, and distributing benefit information. Established staffing numbers with company president. Conducted personnel interviews and testing. Responsible for creating forms to benefit everyday work environment. Have participated in the process of obtaining Visas for our international employees. Have facilitated a move from our New York office to our Connecticut office. I was also an integral part of our inside sales force, recruiting and placing consultants at our existing clients.
