I am the Assistant Sales Manager at Le Royal Meridien Shanghai specialising in International MICE Sales, specifically in South East Asian Markets, North and Central America as well as Africa.

This position was a Management Traineeship in which I undertook the positions of Royal Club Manager and Duty Manager in the 11months at this position.

This position was based on an island in Queensland Australia and gave me the opportunity to experience all Food and Beverage outlets on the resort. This included the main restaurant and bar which catered for all meals, FIT's and Groups. I also worked in the Fine Dining restaurant and also a substantial amount of time spent working in the events team. I also spent time in the purchasing and housekeeping departments.
