As a Health Care Concierge I serve the elderly and disabled who have insurance through both Medicare and Medicaid. My role involves helping to resolve benefit concerns and financial complications that arise. When troubles occur with pharmacies, doctors offices or medical supply companies I work with my members to correct the error or call the providers directly myself to help resolve it on their behalf. I pride myself on both supporting and empowering my members, giving them personalized support and tools to not just fix problems, but avoid them going forward.

Working through an Independent Studies and federal Mcnair research grant on a project I created. It's purpose is to explore the qualities and factors contributing to a "good death" in both a clinical or home setting.
