As part of our business transformation I am leading the implementation of Oracle Netsuite and cyber compliance to 27001.Previously I spearheaded the business transformation in Copyright Agency on time and on budget. Business is now digital, cloud based, with fully integrated modular systems (D365, Salesforce, AWS and Boomi) and end to end processes fronted by a member portal. I fostered agile work practices within an operations team that is 50% smaller. Financial results have exceeded budget in every year from FY16-FY22 with some years at record levels. This was my third ERP implementation. In January 2015 joined Custom Bus Australia and their Allegro private equity team. Implemented new Syspro ERP, raised substantial new finance with Macquarie bank and developed financial reports.From 2012 - 14 was CFO in US Multi-national Guthy-Renker (GR) prior to its sale to Nestle.CFO from 2001-11 in Readers Digest ANZ, Europe and then APAC and Latin America. Led ANZ Oracle ERP implementation and released record cash flow from balance sheet. Business was publically listed until 2007 when it was privatised by private equity who promoted and re-located me to Europe as CFO.Prior 6 years in MBF (now BUPA), starting as NSW State FC, firstly promoted to National Financial Controller, and then promoted to Financial Planning and Reporting Manager to set up FP&A team. Also appointed as GM to lead Health Management team and make it commercially viable for private sale.
