I led our congregations in weekly worship, interpreting scripture through preaching and teaching, and including all ages in the experience of worship. I provided leadership and guidance for board and committee meetings, and lead visioning workshops and youth ministry. I directed the development of a new website, launched in 2022. I collaborated with a small team to create an online ministry, including YouTube videos, live-streamed worship services, and an increased social media presence.

Preliminary design, costing, energy modelling, and technical feasibility assessment of biomass-fuelled combined heat and power system using biomass boiler, organic Rankine cycle, and thermal storage.

As bioenergy technical expert, collaborated with team of engineers to implement Power Smart Load Displacement Program, with a goal of implementing over 50 MW of power generation at customer sites using industrial waste streams. Negotiated capital incentive for 22 MW of distributed power generation using flare gas at oilfield customer sites.Project developer and customer liaison for load displacement projects totalling 15 MW, including cogeneration from hydrogen and wastewater biogas.Technical expert for development of Power Smart Solar PV program.
