With over 19 years of experience across a range of roles within the automotive parts and service industry, my passion is focused on developing automotive product categories that deliver exceptional quality and are tailored to solve installer challenges. As the Sr Manager of Product Quality Engineering for a large national retailer of aftermarket auto parts, I am privileged to work in a fast paced and dynamic global sourcing organization, developing and supporting a broad range of private label product categories, from hand tools to backroom hard parts. My extensive experience working with category management, inventory, and sourcing teams allows me to bridge the gap between technical engineering elements and merchandising needs to deliver solutions that drive the business. I lead my team in a manner that fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, high performance, and ethical behavior through regular feedback, training, and leading by example.
