As the sole senior leader, I am responsible for overseeing all medical care provided to military members and their families onboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, as well as the Industrial Health and Occupational Health surveillance of the civilian staff assigned to Marine Corps Logistics Command. I also collaborate with the Veterans Administration Community Based Outpatient Clinic to maximize the sharing of resources to deliver patient-centered care for our active duty, retiree and veteran beneficiaries.

As a senior executive, I was responsible for directing 13 personnel who supported 62 highly trained researchers with all non-research operations including: Human Resources, education and training, safety, information management, physical and personnel security, facilities, administration, finance and logistics.

I provided oversight of all non-clinical operations, including: manpower, education and training, operational support, administration, finance and logistics.

Assisted the Officer in Charge with managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Combat Skills Training-Fort Polk, LA

Administrator for a team of 15 personnel, handling all day-to-day administrative functions. Program surveyor, responsible for being the subject matter expert on various programs and inspecting all Navy Medicine facilities for their compliance with these programs.

Responsible for the recruitment of healthcare students and professionals throughout the states of Louisiana and Arkansas.

Assisted the IM/IT Deptartment Head with the day-to-day operations of the department. Later, assumedthe role as Tricare Operations Department Head, responsible for ensuring beneficiaries were aware of their Tricare benefits overseas, and interacting with Japanese hospitals regarding the payment for services rendered to beneficiaries.
