1. Boardman/Panels Men• Monitor, control and troubleshoot for Reaction side section, Distillation Section, Utility section (E-boiler, Hydrogen plant, Nitrogen plant, Industrial water, Fire water, Plant water) and Waste Water Treatment section by using YOKOGAWA Distributed Control System.• Develop operation procedure and risk identification for operation team to ensure safe environment and plant efficiency/equipment handling.• To issue Work Order to Maintenance, Instrument or Electrical Department for any equipment that need to be inspect or maintenance.• Involve in multiple shutdown and start up plant from DCS.2. Field Technician• Monitor field equipment and instrument.• Operate field equipment to adjust plant operation condition.• Prepare and submit daily operation and patrol report to superior• Troubleshooting if abnormality is found in operation.
