I transcribed phone calls with 99% accuracy at 75wpm, adhering to protocols and style guidelines to help program a speech-to-word software. I also maintained proficiency in grammar, spelling, correct usage of punctuation, and differentiating speakers. Once the speech-to-word software was accurate due to my transcriptions, the contract ended.

I provided administrative support for the marketing department including calendar setting, proofreading, faxing, filing, and mailing out packages. I also crafted thoughtful and concise company blurbs for the website, wrote detailed summaries of company events, provided copywriting expertise.
