Specialize in customer service as well as managing subcontractor relations. Started working in multifamily construction as a site superintendent back in 2016. Was promoted to a project manager in the first 4 months of employment with FIDUS Construction managing multifamily construction projects. Made the move to commercial construction with Allbrite Construction in 2018 and have been managing retail remodels for H-E-B as well as civil work for CPS Energy ever since. Current job responsibilities include but are not limited to project management, customer relations, sub contractor relations, estimating job costs for proposals, managing in house construction crew, tool inventory and maintenance management, sub contractor negotiations, preparing change orders, approving invoices, billing for completed work, creating punch lists, closing out punch items, job close out, scheduling inspections, speaking with municipalities to troubleshoot issues prior to project commencement.
